The Trust has responsibility for Graveney School, which has a history of outstanding achievement over very many years, with five outstanding Ofsted inspections to its credit in the last couple of decades. Also, in the Trust is Tooting Primary School which opened in 2013 and Franciscan Primary School which joined in 2018.

Basis of Contract
The Trust wishes to appoint a single supplier to deliver full catering services to all schools. The contract will commence from 1st August 2024 and will be for an initial period of 3 years plus an option to extend for a further period of 1 plus 1 years.
The total turnover estimated for all schools is circa £2.8 million (over 3 years).

The appointed Supplier will have:
•Significant experience of delivering quality catering services within a MAT containing both Secondary and Primary schools.
•Sufficient local resources to ensure the required level of service is constantly maintained.
•Familiarity with successfully managing high volume commercial budgets in secondary schools
•Proven ability to grow sales and increasing pupil meal uptake
•A compelling attitude towards making the lunchtime service appealing, healthy and educational for children.
