The de Ferrers Trust comprises of the following schools: -
The de Ferrers Academy
The de Ferrers Academy is a very large, co-educational split-site secondary school with a separate Sixth Form campus. This means it has students from ages 11 to 18. The school is based in Burton upon Trent with approximately 2,400 students on roll split over its three campuses.
The school was one of the first schools in Staffordshire to provide all their students from years –7 to 11 with their own iPad for use in lessons and at home, via a parental contributions scheme.
The school was recently judged as good by Ofsted in December 2023.

Horninglow Primary
Horninglow is an all through primary school for pupils aged between 3 and 11 years in Burton upon Trent. Children enjoy an excellent start in the Early Years setting and benefit from committed and passionate staff throughout the school.

Lansdowne Infant

Students benefit from a wide range of specialist facilities, including a floodlit 3G astro-turf area and a newly refurbished swimming pool. The school also has a separate Learning Support Base and Autism Resource Centre as well as a purpose built Sixth Form Centre.
