Instead of: At a wholesale level, the value of the uniform income is currently £2,251,690 across all schools included in this tender. This is calculated on an average of school uniform costing £50/ pupil at the secondary schools and £35/ pupils at the primary schools. Therefore the value of this contract over the maximum 5 year term is £11,258,450.
Read: At a retail level, the value of the uniform income is currently £229,055 across all schools included in this tender per year. This is calculated on an average of school uniform costing £35/ pupil at the secondary schools and £15/ pupils at the primary schools. Therefore the value of this contract over the maximum 5 year term is £1,145,275. This is based off a total pupil cohort of 7000+ pupils across the Future Academies Trust.
