II.2.4) Description of procurement: New Valley Primary School
New Valley is a one-form primary school serving families in Purley and Coulsdon. We are part of PACE Academy Trust, a family of five primary schools in the London boroughs of Croydon and Merton. There are currently around 170 children on roll at New Valley, and the school employs around 26 staff.

Keston Primary School
Keston Primary school is a two-form entry school with nursery provision in Old Coulsdon, on the borders of Croydon and Surrey. Keston joined PACE Academy Trust in October 2018 as an academy converter.

Chipstead Valley Primary School
Chipstead Valley is a Primary School based in Coulsdon Surrey, our school is larger than average accommodating around 700 pupils and 110 members of staff. Alongside the main school we have a purpose built Nursery catering for 2 and 3 year olds and an Enhanced Learning Provision Unit for children with physical and complex medical needs.

Smitham Primary School
Smtiham Primary School is a Primary School in Coulsdon, Surrey which was founded in 1885. We are currently a part 2 form entry school, which rose to a 3 form entry, beginning in September 2018.

Coulsdon C of E Primary School is a Primary School in Old Coulsdon which was founded in 1845.
The tender project is seeking to appoint a Contractor whose initiative and innovation will be welcomed for the provision of service within the existing facilities for the 206 students on roll and 40 teaching and support staff, with a focus on exciting new food concepts to satisfy a wide range of pupil tastes and dietary requirements. The School would wish the successful contractor to review the current range of services offered and make recommendations accordingly.
